The time has come to write to the third person, thus banishing the I, the we, the me and they my. Why?
Especially for Maine HR Cafe’s business writing, the good, better and best is always removed from the author while still relying on the influence and credibility of the author.
Third person writing allows the reader and writer to join together in the presentation and analysis of the facts. This also allows and enables the transition of opinion into bona fide analysis.
