Meditate Don’t Medicate

Originally first drafted on 50.1.28 – aka 20080928

Writing is my meditation
Writing releases thoughts
Breathe the breath
Word by word
Breath
Thought through pen
Breathe
Sight inhales pasthougts
Breath
Witness the thought inhaled
Breathe
Feel the thought within
Breath
The pen through the hand exhales the thought
Sight mind hand
Thoughts memories feelings visualizations emotions imagery sensations
Allow only one thought in each time
Each though vanishes with awareness
The nexthought crowds in
The tumbling babbling burbling scream of consciousness
Sentient
Return to the breath
Breathe
Slow down
Quiet
Writingives thought silent voice
Writing translates silenthought to form
Breathe

  1. Weekend mornings. Wish it were every morning. I listen to guided meditations on my MP3 player. None of them guide to writing. Each of them speaks here.
