Solitude

Today, this day, has been renamed from Silence to Solitude.

Solitude is the time, space & place to withdraw from the world &into the self for rest, recovery & reflection.

It is Saturday, out there, in the real rest of the world.

Saturday is the day for chores, errands & spending. It should also be known as the most expensive day of the week.

One step after the other.

Start now.

“Writing is utter solitude, the descent into the cold abyss of oneself.” ~ Franz Kafka
