There we are, but not again.
It was empty when we got there. I’m not sure how long it had been there, or how fast birds can build a nest of this tangled and jangled elegance. Several days early, the coach was washed and waxed. The nest wasn’t sighted then. Then again, this is a dozen feet in the air and may not have been noticed. Not that it would have made any difference. Unless it had been noticed thus making the question do we move it or not. Do we stay or do we go. Do we ask unanswered questions then disguise them as statements.
The nest was empty, taken down and used as fire kindling later that evening. A very nice work of natural art with no lasting value. There is another nest in the rafters of the porch that needs to be removed. What really needs to happen is the ceiling installation. So many things to be done during this season for relaxation.
Jangled & dancing thoughts, obligations, intentions and desire.
